Adromischus cristatus variety claifolius 'Indian Clubs'
66mm pot
Indian Clubs is a novel form of cristatus. They are very slow growing and will reach around 7cm across with masses of club-like leaves that can be separated as the cluster develops. They are also easily leaf propagated.
Position - under covered partially-shaded positions outdoors; indoors only in sunny positions otherwise they will lose their nice shape and colour. Will take mild frosts and moderate heat.
Watering - can be watered all year round with short dry periods in winter; they grow fastest in the warmer months. Plants will survive without water for very long periods and remain compact when dry.
Feeding - 25% of recommended dosage monthly in its growing period. The less fertiliser, the better the shape of the plant. Fertilisers high in nitrogen can produce larger plants with less colour.
Repotting - can be left to overgrow their pots or repotted in the warmer months in almost any well drained potting mix.
