A miniature Crassula with tight, upright stems and variegated foliage. 'Candy Cane' forms neat clumps to around 15 cm tall, with cream and green leaves edged with red. It is slow-growing, compact, and easily pruned to shape, making it ideal for pots or rockeries.

Care

  • Light: Best in partial shade, tolerates full sun. Indoors requires a bright position to maintain colour.
  • Water: Moderate watering year-round. Allow soil to dry slightly between waterings. Most active in spring.
  • Temperature: Prefers mild to warm conditions; protect from heavy frost.
  • Media: Free-draining succulent or cactus mix.
  • Feeding: Apply light fertiliser monthly in growth. Lower doses enhance colour and keep plants compact.
  • Repotting: Can be left to fill its pot or repotted at almost any time of year into fresh, well-draining mix.

  • Friday Dispatch: Orders placed by Wednesday 11:59 PM AEST. Orders placed after these cut-offs will be dispatched on the next available day.

Biosecurity States (WA, NT, TAS): These orders require mandatory biosecurity treatment (PHC) and follow a specific weekly schedule:

  • Cut-off: Orders must be placed by Thursday 11:59 PM AEST.
  • Dispatch Day: Orders are processed over the weekend and dispatched on Tuesday.

Plant Health Certification (PHC) Fees:

  • $20 fee applies to WA orders.
  • $10 fee applies to NT and TAS orders. This fee is per order (not per plant) and is included in your shipping costat checkout.
