Cymbidium Black Stump 'Howzat' is a selected cultivar from the grex Cymbidium Black Stump. The grex was registered in 2009 by R. Clement, arising from the cross Cymbidium Australian Midnight × Cymbidium Cricket. This cultivar is recognised for its richly coloured, dark-toned flowers, and is best grown in pots under cool to temperate conditions.
