Cymbidium (Black Stump 'Come In Spinner' × suave) × devonianum follows the same line I've been growing for a while now. The parent pictured here is the Black Stump × suave side of the cross-dark flowers with good substance and that warm tone around the segments. When you bring devonianum into it, you usually get a stronger lip and better contrast. That's the trait I've seen carry across most reliably.
Care
- Light: Bright filtered light; some morning sun is fine.
- Water: Keep evenly moist in active growth; allow a slight dry-down in winter.
- Temperature: Cool to intermediate grower (around 10-25 °C).
- Media: Free-draining Cymbidium bark mix.
- Feeding: Regular fertiliser in spring and summer; reduce through winter.
