Cymbidium Forrest Place 'Queen Jewel' was registered by A. L. Randall in 1993 from the cross between Cymbidium Phar Lap and Cymbidium Karen. This cultivar is valued for its upright spikes of large white to pale cream flowers with a boldly marked pink-red labellum, making it highly decorative and well suited to cool to temperate culture.
