Cymbidium Rotorua Rose 'Splash Petal' is a clone I've held onto because true splash or feathered markings in Cymbidiums are extremely uncommon, and even rarer when the pattern is stable. This one has kept the same clean feathering through multiple seasons. The flowers sit in that deep rose-red range, with the petal tips breaking into fine white striations and a strong, crisp lip. It's the only division I'm willing to part with.

Care

  • Light: Bright filtered light; morning sun is fine.
  • Water: Keep evenly moist during growth; allow a slight dry-down in winter.
  • Temperature: Cool-intermediate grower (10-25 °C).
  • Media: Free-draining Cymbidium bark mix.
  • Feeding: Fertilise regularly in spring and summer; reduce in cooler months.

WA, TAS & NT: Thursday 11:59 pm cut-off for Friday treatment. Orders are generally prepared from Monday and dispatched by Thursday. Allow up to 10 working days for treatment, certification and processing.

Express Shipping speeds up transit after dispatch only. It does not speed up processing, treatment or certification.

Biosecurity Fees:

  • WA & TAS: $20 per order
  • NT: $10 per order

Where certification is required, a physical address must be supplied for traceability. Delivery to a PO Box is still allowed.
