Euphorbia mammillaris is an unusual South African succulent shrub with narrow ribbed stems and small leaf-like growth emerging along the ribs during active growth. Older plants develop branching clustered forms that become increasingly architectural with age.
This species is highly variable depending on light levels and age, ranging from simple upright stems through to heavily branched specimens with dense offsetting.
