Euphorbia meloformis var. falsa (WA Prohibited)

Euphorbia meloformis var. falsa is a small, globose succulent species native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa, where it grows on exposed rocky slopes in arid conditions. This variety differs from the typical form by having a more rounded body and less pronounced ribbing. The green to grey-green stems bear shallow ridges with paired spines along the margins. Small, yellow-green cyathia may appear seasonally near the crown.

• Light – Prefers full sun to partial sun; encourages compact growth
• Water – Water deeply then allow soil to fully dry; reduce in winter
• Humidity – Thrives in dry air with good airflow
• Media – Use a sharply draining mix with added grit or sand
• Temperature – Keep above 10°C; frost-sensitive
• Fertiliser – Apply diluted cactus fertiliser in the growing season
• Repotting – Repot infrequently; only when necessary for size or soil refresh
