Euphorbia polygona ‘Zig Zag’ (WA Prohibited)
check_circle In Stock
Euphorbia polygona ‘Zig Zag’ is a distinctive form of Euphorbia polygona, valued for its upright, columnar stems with pronounced angular ribs that create a subtle zig-zag pattern as the plant matures. The glaucous grey-green body is lined with short, evenly spaced spines along each rib.
This plant is supplied as an established, rooted specimen. Like many African Euphorbia, it is drought-tolerant once settled and best suited to bright light and free-draining conditions.
Care
- Light: Bright light to full sun. Gradually acclimatise to stronger sun to prevent scorch.
- Water: Allow the growing media to dry between watering. Reduce watering significantly in cooler months.
- Growing media: Very free-draining cactus and succulent mix.
- Temperature: Protect from frost. Best grown above 5 °C.
- Handling: Sap is toxic and can irritate skin and eyes. Handle with care.
