Fittonias are colourful rainforest creepers that love to mix things up. One batch of cuttings can throw white, yellow, pink, green and red, from fine netted veins to broad colour panels. They crawl and root as they travel, take pruning in stride, wilt dramatically when dry and bounce back after a proper soak. Keep light soft, moisture even and the air warm and humid to keep patterns crisp.
Fittonia 'Paradisian Inferno' displays vivid red leaves with a soft textured surface, each leaf edged by a narrow line of bright green. This bold colour contrast gives the plant a fiery appearance, with older leaves deepening in red intensity while younger foliage often appears slightly lighter.
Care Tips:
- Light: Provide moderate to bright indirect light to maintain colour intensity.
- Water: Keep the soil evenly moist, never allowing it to dry completely.
- Humidity: High humidity is essential to prevent leaf edges from crisping.
- Temperature: Maintain warm indoor conditions between 18–24°C.
- Fertiliser: Apply a diluted fertiliser during the active growing season.
- Repotting: Replace the potting mix every couple of years to maintain vigour.

Dispatch & Shipping Information
Non-Biosecurity States (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA): We now offer two dispatches per week for these regions:
- Tuesday Dispatch: Orders placed by Sunday 11:59 PM AEST.
- Friday Dispatch: Orders placed by Wednesday 11:59 PM AEST. Orders placed after these cut-offs will be dispatched on the next available day.
Biosecurity States (WA, NT, TAS): These orders require mandatory biosecurity treatment (PHC) and follow a specific weekly schedule:
- Cut-off: Orders must be placed by Thursday 11:59 PM AEST.
- Dispatch Day: Orders are processed over the weekend and dispatched on Tuesday.
Plant Health Certification (PHC) Fees:
- $20 fee applies to WA orders.
- $10 fee applies to NT and TAS orders. This fee is per order (not per plant) and is included in your shipping costat checkout.
