This selection thrives as an epiphyte, clambering or trailing with ease, and is often sought after for its durable leaves and occasional umbels of fragrant flowers.
Distinctive Features
- Foliage: Thick, dark green, nearly circular leaves, highlighted by scattered silver variegation.
- Flowers: Starry, pale pink blooms with deep crimson centres, borne in tight clusters; lightly scented.
- Growth Habit: A trailing or climbing epiphyte that forms long, flexible stems ideal for hanging baskets or trellises.
Care Tips
- Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal; tolerates some morning sun but avoid harsh afternoon exposure.
- Water: Allow the substrate to dry out between waterings; more frequent watering during active summer growth, sparingly in winter.
- Humidity: Moderate to high humidity is beneficial; tolerates typical indoor conditions but thrives with extra humidity.
- Media: Use a chunky, well-draining mix—ideal blends include bark, perlite, and a small amount of peat or coco coir.
- Temperature: Prefers 16–28°C; avoid prolonged exposure below 10°C.
- Fertiliser: Feed monthly during spring and summer with a diluted balanced fertiliser; reduce during dormancy.

- Dispatch Day: All orders are dispatched on Tuesdays.
- Cut-off for Same Week Dispatch: Orders must be placed by Monday 7am (AEST) to be sent that week. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
WA, NT & TAS Orders
- Cut-off: Orders to WA, NT and TAS must be placed by Friday 7am (AEST) to be included in the following week’s dispatch.
- Treatment & Delay: These orders require biosecurity treatment and certification, which is completed each Friday. Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for processing.
Plant Health Certification (PHAC) Fees
- $20 fee applies to WA orders.
- $10 fee applies to NT and TAS orders.
- This fee is per order (not per plant) and is included in your shipping cost at checkout.
