Hoya serpens is native to the Himalayan foothills, where it grows as an epiphyte in moist, montane forests. Known for its slow growth and diminutive habit, this species is treasured for its rounded, softly pubescent foliage and delicate clusters of lime-scented blooms.

• Foliage texture: Leaves are small, round to oval, and covered with fine velvety hairs, giving a soft, tactile appeal.
• Flowers: Produces fuzzy, star-shaped flowers in greenish-white with pinkish corona; the blooms are lightly fragrant and appear in umbels.
• Growth habit: A low, trailing epiphyte with wiry stems – perfect for hanging baskets or mounted culture.
