Neoregelia ‘Tiny Tot’ ‘Chiquita Linda’ is a miniature bromeliad cultivar well suited to growers who want the structure and colour appeal of larger Neoregelia in a small, space-efficient form. Its ancestry comes from Brazilian rainforest species that naturally anchor themselves to tree branches, absorbing water and nutrients from rain and organic debris. This scaled-down form has been refined for easy integration into terrariums, vertical gardens, and compact mixed plantings.
The rosette stays tight and proportionate, producing offsets readily to form clusters over time. Each rosette flowers once before passing energy to its pups, ensuring a continuous display without long gaps in growth. While its central cup is small, it still benefits from holding fresh water and should be flushed periodically to prevent debris build-up.
Care Tips:
Light: Bright, filtered light; stronger light deepens colour and markings.
Water: Keep the central cup topped with fresh water; flush regularly to avoid stagnation.
Humidity: Grows best with moderate to high humidity but adapts to indoor conditions.
Media: Use a free-draining bromeliad mix or mount with sphagnum moss.
Fertiliser: Apply very dilute liquid fertiliser into the cup or to the roots during the growing season.
Temperature: Maintain between 15–28 °C; protect from frost.
Repotting: Detach offsets when they are one-third to half the size of the parent rosette.

Non-Biosecurity States (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA): We now offer two dispatches per week for these regions:
Tuesday Dispatch: Orders placed by Sunday 11:59 PM AEST.
Friday Dispatch: Orders placed by Wednesday 11:59 PM AEST. Orders placed after these cut-offs will be dispatched on the next available day.
Biosecurity States (WA, NT, TAS): These orders require mandatory biosecurity treatment (PHC) and follow a specific weekly schedule:
Cut-off: Orders must be placed by Thursday 11:59 PM AEST.
Dispatch Day: Orders are processed over the weekend and dispatched on Tuesday.
Plant Health Certification (PHC) Fees:
$20 fee applies to WA orders.
$10 fee applies to NT and TAS orders. This fee is per order (not per plant) and is included in your shipping costat checkout.
