Oncidium Twinkle Gold
This amazing hybrid is worthy of any collection.
Masses of highly scented 0.8 to 1cm flowers appear in autumn on multiple spikes. A small plant can carry hundreds of these flowers for long periods.
Location - Any well-lit position under some shade in warmer climates and covered in cold climates. Indoors the species will grow well but may not flower if it does not get sufficient light. In very cold climates the plant should be kept in an enclosed area but will do well without heating.
Repotting - Repotting can be done every 2 or more years and is generally for cosmetic reasons and to contain the plant in the pol Growth is vigorous and roots will leave the pot when fuii. The plant can also be mounted on branches or wall mountings with a small amount of moss on its roots.
Liquid fertilise occasionally over the warmer months or use slow-release fertilisers. Tree mounted specimens will need liquid fertiliser.
