Sarracenia leucophylla ‘Red Top’ is a striking form of the white-topped pitcher plant, selected for its rich red upper pitchers and heavily veined lids. As the pitchers mature, the white fenestration typical of Sarracenia leucophylla becomes increasingly overlaid with red and pink tones, creating a dramatic contrast.

This form produces tall, upright pitchers and is particularly impressive later in the growing season, when colour intensity and pitcher size are at their peak. As with all Sarracenia, appearance will vary depending on light levels, temperature, and seasonal growth stage.
