Syngonium podophyllum 'Berry' is a cultivated variety of the species native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. This cultivar produces foliage with pink to reddish-pink centres and green margins, with the colour intensity influenced by light exposure and leaf age. The juvenile arrow-shaped leaves are most common in indoor cultivation, although in natural climbing conditions the species can form more complex, lobed leaves as it matures.
Care Tips:
Light: Bright, indirect light is recommended; excessive direct sunlight may cause leaf scorch, while low light can reduce colour intensity.
Water: Keep soil evenly moist, allowing the top layer to dry slightly between waterings.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity; additional humidity can help maintain foliage quality.
Media: Grow in a well-draining potting mix with organic matter.
Temperature: Maintain between 18-27°C; avoid exposure to cold draughts.
Fertiliser: Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser every 4-6 weeks during the active growing period.
Repotting: Repot every 1-2 years or once the roots have filled the container.

Plant Health Certification (PHC) Fees:
$20 fee applies to WA orders.
$10 fee applies to NT and TAS orders.
This fee is per order (not per plant) and is included in your shipping cost at checkout. It covers the mandatory biosecurity treatments (ICA-29, PS-27, ICA-62) required for interstate compliance.
