Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide. We do not offer international shipping. Orders going to WA, NT and Tas will have additional shipping fees for plant health certificates.

Will orders require plant health certificates?

Due to government requirements, Plant Health Certification (PHAC) charges of $20 will apply to WA, and $10 to NT and Tas. This fee will be incorporated into the shipping cost. This fee is per order, not per plant. Orders may take 1-2 weeks extra processing time for treatment and documentation.

This fee is calculated based on extra labour costs, treatment costs, and frequency of inspections from the government that charge us $70 per inspected package. Our fees are subject to change in the future based on the frequency of inspected packages by each state.

You won't incur these inspection fees so don't worry, that is on us!

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated on checkout. This will be in accordance with Australia Post. Health certification fees will apply to NT, WA, and Tas.

How long will it take for orders to be processed?

As we are still in development stages, all orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 weeks of purchase. NT, WA, and Tas will require extra processing time due to biosecurity regulations in Australia, these orders will require health certification.

Orders

How are orders packed?

Your plants will be individually wrapped and placed in boxes filled with shredded paper to protect them. We may also bare root certain plants to avoid damage during transit.

What if my plants arrived damaged?

If your order is damaged on arrival, please promptly email us with supporting photos so we can evaluate the issue. Unfortunately, plants may be stressed or lightly damaged due to transit, this is hard to avoid. If we evaluate your order to be in bad shape, we will then send you a return label to be shipped back to us. Once we receive the returned goods, we will promptly issue a refund.

How do I check my order status?

Once orders are placed, a confirmation email will be sent. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched to you, this will include tracking information.

Can I pick up my order?

No. We are not open for public walk-in customers.

Our range is proudly brought to you by a local Melbourne wholesale supplier, Paradisia Nurseries.

Do you have a retail outlet?

No. We are solely an online business and do not have a retail outlet. If you are looking to purchase in person, you can find more of Paradisia's range at Collectors Corner located in Victoria.
