These modern hybrids offer stunning colours and compact growth for indoor plantings and are well suited for indoor gardens and terrariums.

They are very slow growing so will remain small and compact for long periods; they will also do very well in small pots.

Keep in a bright well lit area or provide artificial light.

Avoid heaters and drafty positions.

Fertilizer should be only used it you would like the plant to grow.

Lack of tertilizer will keep plants shorter and more compact.

Temperatures above 20c will speed up growth, between 10 and 20c growth. will be extremely slow and plants can be pruned to keep compact.

Fittonias are hardy and will survive under extreme conditions.

Keep on the dryer side in winter.
